Scott is never there to answer your questions. It's always send a text message which you never get a reply. The customer service lady is very unpleasant and don't know how to talk to people, she needs training in customer services. Whenever you have an issue after the taxes are prepared you cannot get a redress or an adjustment done. He ignores you. Customer service is very important not only to collect people money and dumped them after you get their money. The service should continue after the taxes are prepared and if you have discrepancies.
