Charles is great and helped me answer my tax questions especially regarding moving from state to state and how to file the returns correctly. This is my second year working with him and he is very patient to answer all questions thoroughly , honestly, and completely. He also gets back to you very quickly on email/call. This is the second time to use Star Tax. The CFA is very responsive and helpful in answering my questions. The procedure, given my first service has recorded all information, only took about ten minutes. Also only costs little. Strongly recommend if you do not want to report tax yourself.
