Terrible customer service. If you have a reputable brand you would assume that the customer service would be exemplary. However, that was not the case. Obviously the prices would be slightly higher due to the brand but the late opening, the individual who opened the shop was too busy on his cellphone and the cocky little artist that finally arrived was rude and definitely price gouging. I’ve already advised other Brooklyn residents not to give that shop one cent. I will also follow up with the community board that backed Black Ink up to put a shop in our community. Sadly I will spend my money at other shops
