My husband and I recently had a very disappointing experience with Lenny Accounting. We entrusted them with filing our taxes, only to receive a letter from the IRS stating that they had no record of my husband’s taxes for that particular year. Naturally, this was quite concerning, so we reached out to Lenny for clarification and assistance. Unfortunately, our interaction with Lenny was far from satisfactory. He was unprofessional and rude throughout the conversation, showing little interest in resolving the issue or providing any reassurance. His dismissive attitude left us feeling frustrated and unsupported during an already stressful situation. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Lenny Accounting. Professionalism and reliability are crucial when dealing with tax matters, and sadly, Lenny fell short on both counts. We will be seeking a more competent and courteous tax professional in the future.

Hey so I recently had 2 yrs of back taxes. Got charged for both haven't received both federals bc apparently there was a problem on them. Tried calling tried emailing thomas and basically left with no response or fixable action. I guess when you pay someone to do your taxes and they get their money first .. there's no reason to expect them to help you. Horrible service n for what they charged me better luck going some where else.
