Kelly Gonsalves came in and consulted with my organization on what current processes we were doing and discussed what we can do to make things run more smoothly. That in mind, with hopefully adding some 3rd party apps I think we will get there. Having her fresh perspective on what QB's online has to offer and the improvements its made was like a breath of fresh air. It made me want to keep up with what new apps are out there to help users maximize their investment into QBs.

Kelly and the Totally Booked team are amazing! They are always up to date on all the latest technologies and have done wonders for helping me simplify my accounting processes and save money and time by using the newest tools. I'm always amazed that she makes me feel like her number one priority and goes above and beyond every single time. She's also extremely personable and easy to work with if I don't understand something she takes the time to explain it to me in a way I can grasp. Finding her has been a godsend, I highly recommend!
