Very unprofessional. There are a slew of excuses why they didn’t file numerous returns on time even with extensions. Rude is an understatement. Front reception simply tries to turn away as many clients as possible despite having contracts. We understand they want to do less for less people. This is not the way to go about it. No one calls back. No one responds for months and then they try to blame it on the clients. Their previously good reputation local is going down the toilet especially given the complaints by local business owners.

This company came recommended to me and had a number of positive reviews. While they did do my taxes, the quality was less than stellar. After my taxes were completed, I reviewed them and noticed a number of incorrect items related to my business - all of which, documentation was provided to them. While they eventually did make the corrections and file an amendment, the woman who did so was a bit rude and snippy. Additionally - they initially wanted to charge me for their mistake. The owner ultimately made it right, but it was still quite a hassle to go through. I came to this firm because I wanted a second set of eyes on doing taxes when it comes to businesses. I'll be trying my luck with a different firm next year in hopes of building a better working relationship with some professionals.

Dan has been doing my taxes for 30 years now. He is the only one I would ever want doing my taxes. My kids use Dan also.
