I've been a loyal customer of Tax Help for over a decade, yesterday left me disappointed. I made my appointment in Jan. of this year with Pete, and after waiting over 30 minutes. (Pete books himself every 20 minutes). I was given an inexperience assistant, who I had no confidence in entering my information. Pete, the main accountant, spent less than 3 minutes with me and no apology. I came home worried if my taxes were done correctly and questioned my decision of going to Tax Help. Signed, Disappointed Consumer.

I had an appointment as a potential new client that I made on their website for 12:20. After waiting 30 minutes for the person I was to see finish with who he was with, he then began working with someone else who had walked in after me and was already with someone else. After waiting an additional 10 minutes at his empty desk I gave up and walked out. A frustrating waste of time!

Free tax prep for senior citizens I only wish that they had a location on the Southside. Parking downtown is a nightmare and expensive for those on a fixed income (like me).
