I have called upon Mr. Marchand twice, out of the blue with very specific questions. To say he was gracious and helpful is a gross understatement. He went out of his way to help me WHILE NOT CHARGING ME A CENT! I’ve had multiple conversations with him about the taxes for the nonprofit I started and every time he has been so kind and helpful! I cannot recommend him enough! He truly is one of the good ones!

Have been a client of Robert's for several years now. With 5 restaurants that have individual books, our taxes are filed accurately and on time every year. If you need ancillary services such as calculating reasonable compensation or filing your business's ERC, you will be pointed in the right direction. Robert, Susan and their team of professional CPA/Tax Accountants are not only helpful and timely, they are very patient with business owner's like me that sometimes get off in the weeds and lose track of time and what is required to make those returns happen. There are three things to know about Marchand: 1. He is a huckster. The government is after you, the world is coming to an end, and only he can save your finances. He throws in an element of religious zest/ helping people for added effect. 2. He is greedy. He arbitrarily and unilaterally revises his initial quote upwards, with no justification as to why he did so other than it was a lot of work. If you object to this being unprofessional and try to take your business elsewhere, he will try to charge you nonetheless for the amount of time. 3. He is obnoxious and litigious. The man is verbose, temperamental and unpleasant to deal with, and a habitual litigant to boot. Finding a CPA is very different from finding a barber. Be careful who you trust your financial information with, and certainly stay away from this fraudulent wack job.

We started working with Robert over three years ago. We had a huge audit with the IRS, and we were behind on paying taxes due to a former tax consultant but thanks to Robert's professional advice and knowledge, we were able to finalize the audit with results that were in our favor not owing the IRS but actually getting a money back.
