Very rude, condescending, very unprofessional. Refused to send a link for my last years return! Then when I explained it was the law…someone named A ( in my opinion the rudest person I’ve ever had the unfortunate opportunity to speak with,), said they’d do it but would charge me for it, after I paid $200+ for the return last year. Which they made many mistakes, sending me wrong info in email (tax $ due), then failing to check direct deposit for refund, which had been done 4+ yrs past… so had to watch my mailbox like a hawk until check came. Save yourself some time and aggravation. Did my own taxes this year.

This is the most arrogant and rude woman I have ever had the misfortune of communicating with. She expected me to send her my bank account log in information as well as my QuickBooks online log in information without the courtesy of a face to face meeting. Seriously?! I'm supposed to just take her word, in this day and age, over the phone?! This was her reply to me asking for an in person meeting..... Well Steven, I’ve been in business for 37 years. I hold a specialized license in taxation from the IRS. I don’t have time to chase after your business. Frankly, businesses chase me to see if I will be their accountant. So no I don’t have time to meet and you are correct-we are not a good fit. No reason to waste each other's time. She better be that good. Because she is seriously lacking in proper business etiquette and respect.

I am a small business owner who used Kathy to file my taxes. She is rude, unprofessional and unethical. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone

We are small business owners and have used Kathy for a little over a year. We appreciate her very much, she is so very helpful and knowledgeable. She does our payroll, taxes, and answers all of our "new business owner" questions. 100% recommend
