They prepared my 2021 tax return and made an error by not recommending that I file a California tax return. When I reached out to them to help correct the mistake they stated it wasn't error on their part while the conditions for filing a CA return were very clear. Mistakes happen and they didn't know the CA tax code as well as they should have. I wanted to give them an opportunity to work together to help fix it but they continued to argue they didn't make a mistake. While many of the staff were nice, outgoing, and willing to help it really started to go down hill when I spoke to one of their CPAs. The CPA was rude and kept reminding me how busy they were and couldn't help. The CPA was offended when I stated they made a mistake and after several attempts to explain the details on why it was a mistake they blew me off. I cannot recommend this firm due to the poor customer experience with this CPA; at the end of the day they don't own up to their mistakes.

Who ever works at the front desk was so rude... I just called to get an update and I felt like my head was snapped off. If the front desk folks have no customer service skills, then I question the accountants.
