Giovanni helped me with my taxes in 2023. I made a same day appointment 2hrs before they closed for the day and walked in with 2 years to have done. I was feeling very overwhelmed because of being behind. He was very professional, patient, kind, and non-judgmental. He was even able to get me a small refund. Don’t tell me on the phone: “yea u come in, we have time for u” And have me waiting in the waiting room for 2 hours. Like come on girl I had stuff to do that day. U could’ve just told me to reschedule. Just be honest next time...
