Buena atención pero pésimo servicio, en el 2019 fui a realizar por primera vez mis taxes con Estela Báez y la atención fue muy buena pero en realidad el servicio infortunadamente fue pésimo ya que realizó un trabajo por salir del paso sin explicaciones o alguna asesoría del tema, el cobro por obtener un ITIN fue excesivo y el acompañamiento para seguir con el proceso nulo, no recomiendo este lugar por nada del mundo. Good attention but terrible service, in 2019 I went to do my taxes for the first time with Estela Báez and the attention was very good but in reality the service was unfortunately terrible since she did a job to get out of trouble without explanations or any advice on the subject , the charge to obtain an ITIN was excessive and the accompaniment to continue with the process was null, I do not recommend this place for the world.
