I had a terrible experience with this company. Their staff lacks professionalism. They failed to provide the services I requested but charged me in full on my credit card without my consent or agreement.

Jessie and her team have been a breathe of fresh air after two bad CPA experiences in a row! Additionally, our tax situation was fairly complicated from the jump, but the jmWilliams team took care of everything with no issues. Their process/systems in place make for a fantastic experience, which is crucial for anyone who hates doing their taxes. Jessie and her team have been helping with my complex taxes for the past few years, and they have been incredibly easy to work with. Started working with Jessie and her team over ten years ago, when she was just starting out and I have always felt well taken care of, and well supported. My entire experience at JMWilliams has been one of complete professionalism and excellence. Whenever I have a question Jessie is there to answer it, when I need extra support with my documents/tax issues she has a solution. Her attentiveness to her clients is what makes her stand out and what makes me come back every year. Jessie and her team make the entire process effortless and efficient. You upload your documents to the company’s client portal, they send you back a confirmation email/letter and boom within the agreed upon time everything is completed. They take care of everything…hassle free and worth every penny.

A very disappointing experience with this company. They mishandled a tax return, resulting in several errors that led to complications with the IRS. Despite numerous attempts to contact them for a resolution, they refused to process a refund or take responsibility for their mistakes. Their lack of professionalism and customer service has resulted in dealing with additional stress and financial issues. I would not recommend this CPA to anyone looking for reliable and accurate tax assistance.

Thinks her firm is entitled to a fee just on the basis of running an LLC. Would not recommend. Much better and more knowledgeable CPAs around. I would steer away. Her fees are also through the roof.
