Marc served as my accountant for a number of years. I trusted that I was well represented, until a tax dispute with the State of NH which Marc assured me was resolved. Over a period of 2 years, Marc told me that he had "taken care" of the issue, and that I did not owe the State. The assessed amount tripled, and Marc did nothing that he claimed to have done , and I was required to pay the original amount, plus two years of interest and penalties.

I use Marc for my taxes every year, and he always does such an excellent job. He is knowledgeable, professional and proficient and I would highly recommend.

I've been using TurboTax for the last 10+ years. This year, I decided to use a real tax accountant to do my taxes to reduce my stress. I looked and asked around and got recommendation to try Marc out. Marc and Val insisted that since I am new a new client, I should meet them in person so that they could discuss my taxes. I am so glad I went there. It is so different to be able to talk about your taxes to a live person than a help screen on Turbotax. They took the time to explain to me things that I should be aware of. All in all, I am extremely glad I used them and recommend Marc Michaud and Associates highly.

Extremely unprofessional miss information and when you are asking questions to get clarification he gets frustrated with you. Even when I had an hour long meeting conversation with Marc he still manages to mess up with our information with no apology or accountability very disheartened by my experience.Marc has a quick temper has no human decency and dealt with covert racism by Marc.
