Got switched over to him last year. Awful experience. Still don’t have last years tax return due to them using a wrong address. Paid money upfront for bookkeeping this year and they never did anything. Every-time I call, stopped by and emailed the owner he wouldn’t talk to me. Still will not make it right after a year. If I could give negative stars I would. The only good thing about this place is Peggy.

I started working with Jeff Thomas and New Hampshire Bookkeeping Services halfway through 2020. I had not had a bookkeeper in a while, and my accounts were a mess. Jeff was completely nonjudgmental, which was nice. He dug into my books, and he cleaned them up. Jeff is friendly. He's easy to work with. He's met every deadline with time to spare. Most of all, he has taken the burden of bookkeeping off of my inept shoulders. My books balance, and that they are being taken care of in a professional manner. I now have all the advantages of QuickBooks cloud services
