Had the initial meeting with him June 2022. Everything went great. Gave me things that I needed to do. Conversations would go back and forth with promises to get to my business taxes. He promised that he would “get to (my) taxes next week” about 5 times. I asked him if his workload was too much and just couldn’t take me on. He assured me that that wasn’t the case. I’ve been wayyyy to patient as this has gone on for almost 2 years!! Communication is definitely lacking in this office. I would save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.
