If I could give him zero stars I would. He would not do my taxes this year as I complained about his fee last year. I felt He was rude and insulting when I called to make an appointment.

We started a small business in 2022 and not confident about preparing our taxes. Even though I was late in contacting Karl, he was able to work us in and complete our taxes. new in town and called Karls office and left 3 messages. The voicemail said Karl will call you back as soon as possible. 2 weeks later no call back. If you called me back and said you couldnt take my business that would be totally understandable, but you made me wait 2 weeks for a call back, before I had to look for another accountant. Thanks Karl!
