Rude service at front desk. Charged us an arm and leg for taxes just because past year we went through someone else. That is no excuse to upcharge you almost the triple amount. Will never go again! Rude rude rude people. Your reply doesn’t make you look any better just bitter. Just shows the type of people you really are!

Filed on Feb 12, waited 3 plus weeks. Called and they told us there was a glitch in the system and it was never sent electronically. Told us it would be in our acct within a week. It wasn't!! Finding a new tax place next year! They knew there was a glitch and waited for customers to call in to inform them they didn't receive them instead of resending. Not a happy CUSTOMER!!!

Terry is great. He is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I love the drop off service. Mine was ready in about 3 days and less than a week later I already got my nebraska tax refund so it was filed quickly!
