They manage the HoA for our former neighborhood and sent us a bill. We sold the house almost a year ago! Not only that, they are extremely difficult to get ahold of. No one answers their phone and you are unable to leave a message even though it invites you to. It just hangs up on you. So I picked random employees to leave messages with as I have no other choice and still no one returns your calls. Thankfully we no longer have to deal with them after we resolve the issue with the bill they just sent us. Not a company I would want to work with based on their customer service.

Grafton & Associates have been a life saver! Jen and Liz are amazing! Our neighborhood association bookkeeping was a mess before we hired G&A. Only three months later and the team at Grafton & Associates have straightened out our books and helped us correct more then a few mistakes that were over looked. It's probably the best decision we made as a board in 2018!
