From the moment I entered the front door of the little red barn, I was treated with genuine respect and interest. I didn't have to wait long as a tax Accountant greeted me and ushered me back to his office. His speech was gentlemanly, businesslike. I felt assured that he was a professional and I was in good hands. As long as I live in Billings I will continue my good fortune and utilize the tax professionals at Accutax Tax & Accounting Inc.

I read the reviews and thought this place would be great to assist with some more complicated tax returns. The person answering was wonderful and left messages. I called now three times, was told I’d be contacted back by Alex in a few days. I had not heard back but gave grace considering this was the end of tax season. I had to called back the following week, also told I’d be contacted in a day or two. Another weeks gone by with no call. I call today and explain this is now the third time calling in and If they are to busy it’s okay to let me know this and not leave me hanging as I’ve been waiting for them to help me. Now I have less than a week because this company has pushed me off for weeks. I don’t feel the customer service was great at all. I see the reviews, the possibilities of a good business but my interactions have been less than pleasant. Stop wasting peoples time.

We have had our taxes prepared for the last 9 years by Duane Hill of Accutax Inc. The tax preparation and service provided by Accutax is above and beyond exemplary. Prompt, efficient and always looking out for the clients best interests is a hallmark of Duane and all employees of Accutax. You are never treated like "just another customer to get out the door at tax time." You and your tax needs are always considered and prepared with the best outcome for you. I highly recommend you use Accutax as your next tax preparer. You will not be disappointed. Exceptional service, from a local and long time business. Truly, one of Billings best.
