I’ve used Donna for the past 4 years of taxes, but this year has been nothing but problems! For the first time, they had me send in personal and business taxes ahead of time. I had no problems with this until she cancelled our appointment due to a family emergency. And even then I understood the situation. When I went to pick up my taxes the lady at the front desk had them in a folder behind the counter and had me sign their electronic pad before I saw or heard anything. I discovered things were missing and had owing thousands more. I told the staff and it’s been the biggest pain in the butt and has cost me a lot of time and money. After numerous emails, countless phone calls and even sitting in the office lobby for hours it was finally fixed after a month and half of waiting on 4/15 at 6:30 PM. I’m still dealing with the aftermath of all this and getting no help from the office to figure all this out. Her book has gotten too big and has too many clients than she can handle. Overall, in the last year I’ve experienced a lack of customer service, numerous errors and lack of communication. I would not recommend this office unless you want problems and left alone to solve it.

Referred to Donna by a friend for my LLC taxes. I dropped off the taxes after the due date (my fault :( ) but she got them finished quickly for me to send in. Thank you for the professional quick service, I will see you next year.

Retained Donna at Whitwell Accounting this year for the first time after years of working with TA Ohlms (now Larson Tax Partners). Donna was easy to work with, personable and very knowledgeable. My return was filed efficiently and the fee was SIGNIFICANTLY lower than what Larson was going to charge me. 5 Star service without a doubt!

Donna is an expert in her field. My mother recently passed and I came in to discuss how the inheritance would effect my taxes for the next 10+ years. She not only gave me tax advice, but personal advice as well on how to split between my two other siblings. She was empathetic and wise which I appreciated! She deserves 5+ stars for her efforts. We have been utilizing her services for 3+ years now.

I was recommended by 2 different friends who do not even know one another. I made the trip from South County to her office in Saint Peter’s and I’m incredibly pleased I did. I cannot say enough about how fantastic Donna was. She helped solve a previous issue I had with the IRS, got me set up with an LLC and explained more to me about taxes in general than I’ve ever known. Thanks a ton!

Donna has been doing my personal and professional taxes for over 20 years.I am old enough to have had my taxes done by other professionals. Donna has always been very professionally and treated me with respect! And her prices are more than fair! I highly recommend her.
