I have used David for over 5 years now and have a couple of businesses that he prepares taxes for. He is very good at what he does and I have never had an issue. I will keep doing business with Bell CPA and will continue to refer clients to him as well.

I used Bell CPA to start up my LLC, the help that I was given off the bat was great, the fees were reasonable, and they helped me get started in a very simple way. From the time I walked out of the building from that visit, I have not gotten phone calls or emails returned to me about any issues or questions that I have had. The phone was never answered. I had left several voicemails before I eventually decided to actually file my taxes with someone else. If I can't be sure whether my phone calls will be answered, I can't be sure that my taxes would have been filed in a timely manner. I did not feel comfortable continuing to do business with them.

We referred my brother here because we had good experience last year and this year. And they keep giving unprofessional excuses to my brother we referred here and not getting his taxes done. He has called several times and they had said they will call back and never did. We contacted them 3 or 4 weeks later than my brother and our taxes got done first and got the money 2 weeks ago not sure why. My brother email David about it because this is not getting handled professionally but no response yet. I don't belive I will be referring anyone else here I'm the future for this reason.

This is by far the worst CPA I’ve ever been to. Ever since I switched to them from HR Block, Ive been owing taxes instead of getting anything back. I knew something wasn’t right so I had an agent from HR Block take a look at my paper work - there are things I could have included in the filing that Bell CPA never told me about and never took the time to meet with me about, such as real estate taxes, property taxes etc. These people really don’t have your best interest in mind and don’t really care about finding a way to get as much money back as possible. I also asked them if they knew what the percentage is on property gains taxes when you sell property - first they said 20% and then they said 5%...there is a huge difference between 5% and 20%. They honestly don’t know anything at all. Everything I’ve learned about taxes I’ve learned from people who don’t even work in this field. Stay away from Bell - don’t get fooled by people’s reviews. It’s embarrassing how much they don’t know about taxes. Negative Quality, Value
