Liberty Tax

I was out on disability and my return turned out to be very complicated. I started my return on January 27th with Betty K. Betty has been phenomenal this whole time. It’s June and the IRS is requesting a paper return. Betty has been doing my taxes for years and she’s the only one that does them. I will be very disappointed when she no longer works for Liberty Tax. Thank you Betty for the many visits and hours you have spent working on this tax return.

Betty went above and beyond doing my tax preparation this year. This is the first year I’ve ever owed, and she went out of her way to make sure everything was in order.

We have been clients of liberty tax for many years. At this location, we have always had the pleasure of working with Betty. She is prepared and is willing to answer our questions at any time. I have been happy with the timeliness and accuracy of our tax preparation. As a client, I feel she has our best interest as her top priority which is hard to find anywhere these days.
