If I could I would have given them a big fat 0. My son had his identity stolen last year because of their lack of ability to secure their system. Last year it 6 months to get his taxes. And when he finally got them they had the nerve to charge him for the tax preparation. And now he is waiting for them this year a now has been 4 months and don't have them. And now won't answer his email or calls. Do not GO!

I have been going to Mike Martin to have my taxes done since 2005 maybe longer and it's has always been a good experience, everyone in the office are very friendly. When I lost my wife to brain cancer 2007 Mike Martin and the ladies at the front desk were very comforting, I feel like in a way they are family. I highly recommend Mike Martin and associates for all your financial needs.

I chose this tax preparation location, because they have an EA, certified through the IRS. We paid a lot for his services, but all my returns were processed incorrectly, and when I contacted him, he asked for more money and wouldn't help correct the problem. I've had find work-arounds to get my refunds. I'm upset at how unprofessional they are there.
