Like several other reviewers, I was parked there in an empty lot on Sunday morning, killing time before church and eating a breakfast sandwich. I was there maybe 5 minutes. The owner (miserly, grouchy old dude) came up to the side of the car rudely and told me to leave. He stood in front of my car looking at my license plate as I complied with his request. Just clearly not a happy individual. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with this grumpy Gus. His rationale for this behavior in responding to other comments is ridiculous. I’ve seen him claim it’s “because of liability.” There is no risk of incurring liability because you didn’t shoo off a short term parker at the back of an empty lot. He’s also said it’s so his customers (there don’t seem to be many) can use his lot. I was parked there when his business was not operating, so it isn’t that either. He’s really just an unpleasant guy.

Briefly parked in their lot after getting coffee and before heading to church on a Sunday morning. Our mistake, but the owner confronted us in a hostile manner to leave. It might behoove the owner to approach the public with some more kindness!

Long term customer of five plus years for business and personal. We will be going elsewhere as we are extremely disappointed in how we were treated and how late everything was received as everything was turned in well before it was due. Would highly recommend going somewhere else.

Very pleasant experience and plan to use them again next year. Good communication from start to finish after having a nightmare experience with another CPA. They were easy to work with and able to efficiently file both our back & current taxes.

I really wish I had read these reviews before reaching out to this company. They were referred by our real estate agent. All the reviews that gave them one or two stars listen to them. Please. We received an email on April 14th at 9:30pm they were filing an extension. This was not mentioned, and we submitted all paperwork to them at the end of March. Worst experience with any accountant, tax preparer, and bookkeeping service I've had. REVISE. Love how CTA responded with we didn't have all your paperwork when all was provided.

Worst experience I have ever had. Cheryl promises to expeditiously take care of your taxes. She then proceeds to pretend to be working on them for months and I can see she has not even logged in to my QuickBooks. She did NOT file taxes on time after receiving all my business paperwork in January. Then tells me she needs to file an extension with no reason given, pretends to work so hard on my taxes, and then as the extension deadline approaches she asks questions that were answered months prior in emails. Then after multiple requests from me, missed the extension deadline and my penalties are now over $3500.00. Once she finally says she filed my taxes, I need it amended because it is WRONG. Then I found out from a new accountant months later that she still NEVER FILED the taxes she claimed to have filed, so now my amended return is rejected. This woman is so unqualified for this job- DO NOT USE HER.

Though, Mike is a descent person (one of the owners) Please find something else. This isn't a place where you want to do taxes or get any advice. Google needs to invent a new rating because I don't think they even deserve a single star. Update: We finally got our 2022 tax return and it turns out they messed up the filing. We hired a lawyer who corrected what they messed up and even though it cost as more money, it is finally over.

Cheryl and her team use to be reputable. Over the past few years this accounting firm has gone downhill. I have been lied to, mislead, ignored and it took 7 months for her to do my taxes!! Then she told me, " After you pay your bill, I will tell you how to amend your taxes and file them." This is after she has had them for 7 months!! This should have been completed WAY SOONER! She literally told me she did a half job and if I want them fixed, I can pay her more money. How do I know that they are done correctly at all!!! There is always an excuse, no one to talk or she sends unprofessional emails. Because of the NEGLIGENCE of CHERYL CASH and HER TEAM ALL MY BUSNIESSES ARE AT RISK!! Don't let them do anything for your tax's folks.

I parked at the very back of the lot of this business briefly to make a phone call. There were several available parking spots in the whole lot. I was very rudely confronted and told I could not park in front of their business. The male stood outside until he saw I drove away. I would never choose to use this business in the future due to the interaction I had with one of its employees (possibly the owner). Business must be very slow if they have that much time on their hands to watch their parking lot so closely. I wish I would’ve taken a picture of the lot to show how empty it was.
