I'm not sure about these negative responses. It seems to me it was a situational issue that could have been resolved with a bit of patience from the initial party. That being said, I don't often leave reviews on Google, but I've been using this office for the last two years (and planning to this year as well). The lady behind the desk is amazing, and the two gentlemen are always friendly and never shy away from answering your questions. The process is simple: drop off your papers and other necessary items at the office, they handle everything, and reach out to you. Within a few days, you go back, pay a super low fee, and they hand you your packet ready to mail off to the state, or they can e-file it for you. You are free to decide how they process it. Conveniently, there's a post office right down the street from this office. Simple steps, and BAM! Tax refunds come in quick. Thanks to everyone in this office for making it so streamlined for me and others. The lady behind the desk helped me figure out a huge pickle I was in two years ago. We will continue to use them as long as I live in the area. You guys and gals are great—keep up the good work! I hope this five-star review helps.

Very rude in my experience, and slow. Also they never returned my phone calls or emails. You call them or they’re never following up.

So I moved out of state, used this little tax office for my taxes for two years before I moved with no problems. I move a few states away and I get treated like I’m a problem or I was annoying them. A lady would pick up, scoff at my questions I asked and literally told me to figure it out myself at one point during three calls in a week. Then it turns out they messed everything up on giving my info to the state. I called because I did not receive my state in three months. A dude picks up this time and I explain the situation, he tells me it was never received by the state. So they didn’t even check to see if it was fully received until I called. He then tells me he would call me back. Never calls me back. I call back the next day to check to see what happened and the same dude says he’ll check again, and he’ll call me back tomorrow, even said he left a note to call me back for sure. Doesn’t call me back. I call next week and ask for David, who then takes two whole days to tell me that it had been received by the state. I had to wait until today to receive my state money because this office simply couldn’t help every customer fairly and with respect. Hopefully they read this and change this year because me and my parents are not filing with this office ever again.(edit) I’m adding this last part because because I just remembered. The state I filed didn’t receive a state income tax from MO? So I had to email the state that personally, even better it was in the file David mailed me, so why did the state not get it? I never got a response about that either.

As a small business for over 38 years we trust David and his staff to keep us informed, and up to date on any information that helps or pertains to our taxes. He and his staff have always been professional, helpful, kind and informative. The office is professional and efficient but with a "local comfortable feel". I never feel as if some cooperate individual in a $6000 suit is going to sit down in front of me and talk over my head. Or push me through in 7 minutes with a "you should hear something in a few weeks." We highly recommend this firm.

They worked with us for my small business last year. And now we have switched to them taking care of our personal taxes as well. They made it way more easy on us than expected given the complexity of our situation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for help.

I've been using David for my tax needs for the last 5 years. He and everyone in his office have always been professional and courteous. My experience has always been quick and efficient. I drop off my necessary documents, I'm always called back within a couple of weeks or less, I go sign and pay, and i receive my return asap. I couldn't recommend them more.

Very disappointed, by the website I assumed they were a very respectable. No return call and no return email. No response at all.
