The lady who helped us with our taxes was efficient with what she did, however not informative, that would be fine but the major issue was when it came down to paying they weren’t very nice at all. We tried asking questions and were told “just sign there” over and over. We specifically brought some cash so we could pay the rest with card and they ended up overcharging our card and then just gave it back in cash, if we wanted to pay more with card we would’ve just done that. Just not a pleasant experience.

We have been going here for YEARS. I would never thing of ever going else where. Even if someone said it e as free.
