Recently (10/10/24) we had we had a problem with the IRS (put those two words together & what do you get?) rejecting your efile of our 23 tax return because of a PIN they said they had issued my wife, Bunny (Carolyn E), which we have never seen nor heard of! You called me immediately, gave me a heads up, prepared a paper return and I came right back to sign and Certified Mail Return Receipt (at your very wise recommendation) mailed the paper return. It was a great effort on Griffith CPAs part as all hands on deck - EVERYBODY turned to, and a much appreciated solution was the result. Thank you!

Always courteous. Always provide answers to my questions in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable, a reputable firm without any doubt. I have been working with them for years. The reason for not giving them 5 stars is because my taxes are rather simple and I consider it is pricey for a tax preparation that is as basic as mine.
