We made our 2023 taxes with this company and the experience was horrible. They called me and my wife end of July to tell us our taxes from April were not processed. They had my wife reach out to her employers for information, and the next day told her she needed file paperwork to IRS for 2023 taxes because they were not done (we had paid them for this service). We were in disbelief with what they were saying because we had gotten nothing on the mail from IRS, and on the IRS website everything was processed. Zelaya Tax Service LLC called back and stated they were looking at a prior paperwork they had submitted for us and had to resubmit and forgot to discard the old documents. In conclusion, there was nothing wrong. Organization 0/10, Costumer service 0/10, Professionalism 0/10. We did our 2023 taxes with this company and the experience was horrible. We couldnt believe what they were saying because we hadnt received anything in the mail from the IRS and on the IRS website everything was processed. Zelaya Tax Service LLC called again and said that they were reviewing previous documentation that they had submitted for us and submitted some taxes that were denied and then they fixed it and did not discard the previous documentation. In conclusion, the taxes were fine and they made us go through an unpleasant experience. Organization 0/10, Customer service 0/10, Professionalism 0/10.

Very bad service. I dont recommend it. Very Christian and no empathy, a lot of arrogance from that Notary, they must lead by example simply by doing good quality work, be consistent, it is not just playing Christian music in their office. They charge in advance for the service and tell you that when your documents arrive you should call them to continue with the service charged in advance and you call them and leave you on hold, a lot of time in the call and after waiting, they tell you that they will call you and thats it. They never do. After you pay them for the service, there is no kindness. And they dont solve anything. Poor quality of service. What a bad experience!! My relatives recommended it to me, they had been there for a long time and even recommended it to people, now with this bad service they will no longer go. Not only do they lose one customer, they lose more. Gentlemen, dont come and lose your money for bad service. Dont go through this horror experience. I put a star because it wont let me publish. Otherwise, I wouldnt have put anything in them.
