My rates were doubled without any communication. I didn’t find out until they sent the bill. Along with double the rates I lost any face to face discussion unless I agreed to pay an additional fee. My usual tax preparer was unavailable and using a new hire for all interactions. Very disappointed. Taking my business elsewhere
