I’ve used this business for my personal taxes for the past 5 years without any issue. I don’t know what the issue is with other’s negative review but I believe those who decided to do so were being petty and just like to play victim. Either they failed their part as a client, lazy, refusal, know nothing about accounting. So far, Priscilla is smart and knows what she’s doing. I’m an accountant with 20+ years experience even I myself didn’t have the knowledge like she does. Before you judge this business make sure you know it’s not a one-sided story as there are missing context and lack of accountability. Accountants don’t just falter, they falter because client(s) failed the Accountant to fail themselves and playing victim. This happens not only as entrepreneurs but as W-2 employees as well. Priscilla is the most kind-hearted, generous, knowledgeable tax expert and bookkeeper business service provider compare to other businesses’ services that they offer. She offers free knowledges to clients without charging extra fees. So let’s be fair and be grateful. If you think others failed you, but do yourselves some favor and think back and ask yourself on your own failures too. Not one is only at fault, it takes two to make issues arise. Logical and educated people don’t talk smack. Only uneducated people like to cluck like a chicken. So think twice before you comment! If you don’t know what you’re saying, it’s best to keep your comment to yourself. Thank you.

Bad services for businesses. Go with a CPA. This person does not do her job as she proposed. We have to pay for her late fees to MN sales tax and MN unemployment. Poor book keeping and tax preparation. We have to get ours corrected due to her lack of work!
