Leaving this review on behalf of my fiancé: my fiancé got a tax penalty due to Richard scamming him and not filing his taxes on time. Richard initially seemed great but as time went on there were many red flags. First, he only communicated via text and did not encrypt/password protect documents with sensitive information. My fiancé contacted him multiple times asking if he had filed my fiancés taxes and repeatedly blamed it on the IRS on “being slow”. Very unprofessional communication. Eventually, my fiancé hired another tax agency and they found typos and many issues with what Richard had done. Enough, where if he had been audited and they had been filed, there would have been multiple issues/fines. When he was confronted about these issues, we have never heard back from him. I would not use him and if you still choose to use him, I just want to say good luck and hope you don’t get fined by the IRS and cheated out of hundreds of dollars

I finally have my tax guy, hardworking, thorough , definitely knows and applies things correctly. My taxes were unorganized and he took them and sorted them and I will always go back to Rich. 10 stars if I could. I’m definitely taking my friends and family. Thank you.

I had a very disappointing experience. He requested that I write a review before he even provided any services, and I complied. I plan to contact Google to retract that review. It's almost been a year since I started waiting for my refunds, and I have a year's worth of messages asking about their status. He consistently assured me that everything was fine and attributed delays to COVID. After a year of waiting, I hired a new accountant who investigated the situation and informed me that my taxes for both years were never filed. I strongly advise caution with Richard; he is a scam who will take your money and deceive you.
