During the most busy time of the year, literally days prior to the April 15th tax deadline, Andy and his team stepped up and handled a foreign investor tax issue in order to keep a real estate transaction on schedule. Many years ago I started working with Arnie, since his passing Andy took over my taxes. He is very complete on our tax return which is not complicated; however, I know he is getting us all the breaks he can. Andy also suggests ways to save on taxes. I was disappointed with my experience. I sent over documents to get our taxes filed, weeks later without any updates from them. I send multiple follow-up emails to get no response. It was a waste of our time and left us puzzled as to what to do with our taxes. We chose them thinking they will give us “peace of mind” as they advertise but was getting the contrary.

Three years ago I switched to Kahara Accounting to do all of my payroll for my small business. Not only was the service cheaper than the large Payroll company I was using before the customer service is far better. I work with Jean Smith for our payroll and she responds quickly to questions and always has the payroll materials done on time. They will continue to have my business as long as I am in business.
