Really sad to say I have used these guys for my last two tax years but I will not be using them again. They charge up front at the beginning of the year before they ever do your taxes and then never respond to your emails or phone calls once your taxes are complete. I run my own business and have reached out multiple times via email and phone trying to get some questions answered. Unfortunately they really don’t care about their clients and will just flat out ignore you for months on end with no remorse. Over the last three months I have sent multiple emails to Ethan with Steve in CC and left multiple voicemails and even spoken to the person at the front desk. It seems the more you try to get in touch the more they ignore you. I’ve had to reach out to other accounting professionals for my questions and they were much more attentive and responsive. One rental property and a one W-2 and I’m being charged upwards of $800 per year to file at Heintz and Clark. I would have stayed with them if they answered my emails or calls a couple times a year. Found someone better, will not be continuing with these guys. Really disappointing because the people seem nice and helpful but they don’t follow through.
