I can't recommend this company. The initial experience with Tricia was fine. We had the normal consult in the office, request for documents and an explanation of a price we might expect. We expected to pay more because our taxes are complex. 2 tax seasons ago we decided to go elsewhere because the fees were very high and they messed up the Roth contribution which resulted in us having to pay back taxes. They wouldn't admit their mistake or pay us back for that mistake. It's not surprising that we were not reimbursed for the difference. What is surprising is that we've had two more occurrences where the tax audit found additional amounts were due. Definitely not worth the extra costs, which you would assume would insulate you from these mistakes leading to back payments.

I was introduced to Fairchild Maddox + Leonidas during a stressful time of (me being young) my business growing and expanding. My goodness did they help with all things accounting. I have continued to been impressed by their knowledge of ever changing tax laws. They are proactive, and not reactive on ways business owners can save and put money away for retirement among other ways to grow your business and help your family. Our main accountant Kim, has been there for us through and through. She is genuine, real, and a fantastic communicator, on top of being a brilliant and organized accountant. She has an excellent attitude and cares about our work. I think I have told everyone on the west metro that they need to switch to Kim over at Fairchild Maddox + Leonidas because when you have one of the best in the business, you just gotta let everyone know!

I have been having Tricia do my taxes for 30 years. Now my children are using her firm. Tricia is an excellent CPA. Her office staff is welcoming and the office is inviting.

I worked with Tricia over the past 2 years. Both years, I was given a quote after review of my financial situation. I was subsequently charged hundreds more than the quoted amount. There was also very minimal communication throughout the process, even within weeks of taxes being due. I would not advise a friend to use this company for their tax preparation.
