This is my first time using this company who came highly recommended. However, I’m totally frustrated at the lack of service and response. Our taxes were submitted through their portal back in February and was told it would a 2-3 week turnaround. Well! We’ve pasted the deadline to file and yet no response on our taxes if they been filed!

The most unprofessional business I've ever worked with. The secretary always has a tone, like she's inconvenienced that people are calling. Literally her job... Nikki is the one that was working on my taxes, she was nice when we chatted on the phone but it took forever to get ahold of her. I'd send multiple messages in the client portal and leave voice-mails. It took up to 2 weeks for a response. I got them all my tax documents by the end of January, still wasn't done at the end of March. I feel like I just wasted so much time and now I have to find a new place. Awful.

Pam helped us make the tax transition from employment income to retirement income with her clear explanations and friendly conversation. She even helped us with a mid-year tax review and her work is highly accurate. Thx Pam!

Initially I thought the process of putting together my tax package was going to cumbersome and take a long time. However, I felt everything came together nicely. The good news is I am not setup for next year with my profile, etc. Im happy with the way everything turned out!

The best decision we made for getting our taxes done. Nickelle listened to our concerns and seamlessly entered our tax information. Afterwards she gave us helpful information to help with our 2023 tax liability and offered a check-in mid-year. Will continue to use this company.

Pam at B & H helped a ton with my wife & my taxes this year. Helping us fix some mistakes from the folks we used before. The ladies in the front of the office are supper helpful and laughed at my jokes.
