I wanted to use knoll tax service for my business and first phone call Intake appointment was missed. I decided to give them a second chance with in person visit but was another no show too. I dont want to do business with a company that lacks punctuality or rather show commitment. Negative Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

My name is Sarah Polson and I have had my taxes done by Knoll Tax Service for many years and they are Exemplary. Tax forms, regulations, and new requirements are very confusing and stressful for me; I am so glad they figure everything out. They take the time to Explain the new regulations and requirements. They also discuss current and future issues I may be concerned about, and explain my possible choices. Last year they looked ahead and suggested I pay estimated taxes to the State, thus eliminating a large payment at tax time. Upon leaving the office, I am provided with a neat packet of all tax forms completed. Thank you Bruce and Knoll Tax Service.

I accidentally misplaced my 2016 tax return with all my 1099s. I called Bruce and he emailed me in minutes my whole 2016 return in a PDF. The service was fantastic.
