We were referred to work with Matt Ritz for our tax preparation from a family member. We’d worked with another individual in my husband’s home state for many, many years, so we weren’t sure whether switching to someone local would be worth it. We couldn’t have been more satisfied with the excellent client service he and his team provided. He is warm and personable on the phone, while simultaneously being incredibly detail-oriented and meticulous. He didn’t miss a single piece of info shared during our initial consult; nothing needed to be re-stated throughout the entire process. It felt seamless. He was kind, patient, and understanding as I clumsily fumbled my way through my first year of gathering and uploading the necessary documents (my husband has done it for us in the past). Overall, Matt was flexible and incredibly easy and great to work with. He provided a very quick to turn around our taxes and even found us an unexpected refund. Highly recommended! 5/5 stars.
