Do not give her your personal information because then she’ll use it against you and call you on your personal phone number at 6 o’clock in the morning to ask you for money to donate to one of her Relatives she’s unethical and rude.
When I realized she was confused with my relatively complicated taxes I requested my forms back and offered to pay for her time. She got upset, hung up on myself and my wife then held our paperwork hostage and tried to charge us more. If you can't handle turbo tax, she'll charge you more and do it for you.
