I called March 20th at 5:35pm asking for the hours of operation. The person who answered asked me "Who is this? Do I know you? Are you a client?" I explained I am not a client yet, and I am responding to the Edina Tax flyer I received in the mail. The person then explained he is the owner and is with someone else right now. The man took my phone number and said he would return my phone call. One week later and no returned phone call. I have chosen to use someone else. This is my Testimonial. 2/2/2022 Update for owner response Technically I am not a customer. I was only a potential customer attempting to do business with you 3yrs ago when I originally posted this review. Google does allow for potential customers to post reviews of their experience. You might want to do a little research on how to respond to a negative review because your response is telling.

The owner Mike is a good guy. I like to know some of the details and he happily answered my questions. Didnt know it, but he runs Eden Prairie and Chaska Tax too out of his office in EP.

(I used Edina Tax, owned by the same person.) Mike is knowledgable, responsive, and genuinely wants to help you and make sure you understand--he's not just trying to squeeze a bunch of fees out of you. Highly recommended!

I have had my taxes done at Eden Prairie Tax for the last two years. I found the staff not only extremely knowledgeable in the completion of personal taxes, but also extremely competent in the preparation of business taxes. Mike is professional, efficient, organized, and considerate. I would highly recommend Eden Prairie Tax.
