There are no words to describe how bad of an experience I have had dealing with Vix. I have hired Ralph Vix three months ago to file a fiduciary tax and I have been told it will get done with in "a couple of weeks." After a few weeks, I called multiple times but didn't receive an answer. After emailing him, he returned my call and started giving me short answers like "it's not done" "working on it" etc. On September 15th 2021, he emailed me and my lawyers and said "I've been slammed with work and everything should be done by the end of September." As a business owner myself, I understand things can come up and remained patient. Shortly after that conversation, Ralph stopped taking our calls and responding to our emails. To this day, he has never reached out to explain where things went wrong. He wasted 3+ months of my time and didn't even bother to offer an explanation. The lack of professionalism is astounding. I would highly recommend to not go with this man if you are looking for CPA work.

I've been working with Ralph for years. He's accurate, prompt and always staying current with the latest tax laws. Plus he's a super nice guy.

I've used Ralph Vix as my accountant/CPA for the past several years (and chose to utilize him after he left his previous employer, Bayerkohler & Graff). Ralph came highly recommended from my financial advisor. He's very communicative and patient with my numerous questions (as I'm not tax/financial savvy!). He's brilliant and has been super helpful with both my small businesses. I've since recommended him to over 6+ people!

I've had Ralph prepare my taxes for personal and business for a number of years. He was always prompt and met deadlines. Never had a issue getting a hold of him. Always available to explain situations and answer questions. He is a great guy.

Ralph has been my CPA since 2012 for my business ($3-5 million). Ralph has been on-time and accurate in communication and tax filing. He has helped me successfully transition from selling one business to purchasing another. When the IRS made an error in my filing (that almost cost me a home purchase), Ralph was on the phone getting it fixed asap. Ralph was referred to me by another client and it has worked out great for me personally and for my business.
