The funny thing is, I’ve left that message about your review on your terrible service over two years ago and it took you this long to respond to it. That just says how good of a tax person you really are. Also, when I was dealing with this, you did nothing to rectify or fix the situation to make me a satisfied customer. You just left and quit answering phone calls.

The most irresponsible business l have ever done in USA , dropped my paper work 2021 , only got my refund in late October bcs l contact him multiple times , he finally reply apologizing and sad he never sign in and sent and he was going to do that, and he would do free and 2022 tax , covering up for the big mistake he made , THEN April 2023 l dropped off my paper work thinking he was going to do right , and not like a year before , ok never got my refund till this day, sent numbers of emails to him , 2 times he replied with ton’s of excuses, that he wasn’t in town etc etc , and he didn’t sent in my tax paper , at this point lm extremely concerning regarding of my personal information that l dropped off to his secretary, Tom the tax guy is responsible for my identity if anything goes wrong with my personal information his responsible, lm going to contact IRS and report this situation on 09/5/2023 . I haven’t heard from him for a month , totally dishonest business owner.

Horrible communication. Sent my stuff to them on March 27th and was told I’d have a meeting around April 15th. I heard nothing so I sent an email on the 18th and Tom said “ill do them tonite” but I heard nothing again so I sent two emails a week apart asking for an update to which I got no reply. The last email I sent addressing how unprofessional this was, got me an automated message saying that he’ll be out of the office until May 21st and to “make a note of it”. I called the IRS to find out he never filed my taxes. Don’t send your personal information to this guy or expect him to communicate with you what so ever. Edit: I’m not Canadian and giving a company information and leaving them the time to do their work (in the frame they outlined) and checking in to see why it hasn’t happened is an interesting way to describe difficult!

This guy is very rude and they don’t call you back when they tell you they will call back. They had my tax stuff for over a month. Everything is ready to file and they tell you will call you to come do final check. No one returns calls and if you just go to the office the old man has very hostile attitude like he’s mad they you just stopped by. There is only 2 day left to tax deadline but I can’t get them to file my damn taxes! I’ll be going tomorrow to get my stuff and go somewhere else. I can guarantee you can’t find a worse place or service than this place. Absolute garbage!!

Tom has been do our taxes for 23 years. He has always done a terrific job. He has been very helpful if I have questions about my small business he will always get me an answer.

Sent them to him on April 6th 2022. Have not heard from him since. Tried calling and get no response. Looks like I will have to make another trip to his office. Then I will file with the BBB also will have to talk with the IRS now that I couldnt file because of this. Thanks for nothing.

Tom is very sweet. He always helps me out. Last year I brought my daughter with me and he treated them like his own grand kids. I have nothing but respect for Tom he always gives me great advice so I know where I can better myself at. Positive Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
