The worst CPAs ever. If you ever get audited by the IRS they won’t defend you but will abandon you if there is a problem.

When I really needed a professional CPA, they abandoned me to the IRS. They were fine for my usual taxes, but when I sold a rental property and informed them months before tax time to plan ahead they ignored my repeated attempts. Despite having my information prior to the deadline they filed an extension and waited months to complete my returns which I got fined for by the IRS. When I asked them for assistance navigating the fines I was again ignored.

I had them do my taxes, and they literally FORGOT to file my taxes in one of the states I earned in. On my other taxes, they incorrectly filed the as non-resident instead of resident. When I called the discuss the mistakes, they even said they had "botched" my taxes, but didn't fix the problems in a timely matter, and didn't offer any sort of discount for the trouble.
