Libby was extremely thorough and on top of everything. I run an in home daycare, so to ensure I receive every deduction that I'm entitled to she sent out a daycare specific worksheet to gather information. She pointed out several deductions that were missed by H&R Block in the past, and was more knowledgeable than them about my specific field and the tax guidelines. She also stayed current on the frequently changing tax laws and bills that impacted 2020 taxes.
