Zotos & Company

Terrible terrible terrible experience and service. The first red flag should’ve been the horribly rude woman who answers their phone. I thought I would still give this company a try as my brother in law has been using them for taxes for years. I called and asked if they are accepting new clients which I was told yes , but walk in only. After a very rude phone call I drove to their office (45 minutes away from my house) to be told “you waited way too long” and “too bad” after just being told days prior they were accepting walk ins and granting extensions. Both women at the front desk must get paid extra for being rude and disrespectful to customers both on the phone and in person. Not only did you lose a new client, you lost my brother in law who’s been a loyal client for years after treating family this way. 0/0 do not bother with this place and waste your time. ** To respond to the owners comment, your staff told me to drive to your office with my documents as you were accepting new clients by way of walk in only*** please train your staff to accurately relay information and not be rude, it’s a bad look.
