So thankful I found Star Tax Solutions. They were recommended through an old colleague and I haven’t looked back since getting an estimate! My husband and I received some company equity and were faced with a new set of tax challenges. Harshita’s quote came in at a fraction what I was getting from others, but that’s not my favorite thing about working with her. She’s thorough, fast, articulate, and has found us savings! - Transparent communication makes her so easy and efficient to work with! She sends a checklist for everything we need. She shares an interactive calendar for scheduling at your convenience. And we’re able to view past years’ documents for reference as well. - She shares a timeline for the overall tax season with a commitment on her final deadline. Once you submit she breaks down timing specific to our progress. And she calls us early with previews to put our minds at ease. - Most importantly: she has helped us with savings! The first year we met Harshita got back thousands in additional returns from our prior year’s filing. With her help in mid-year estimates and adjustments, every year since we’ve had lower tax payments than anticipated with newly vested equity. - Bonus: Harshita has never pushed additional services as a salesperson. She advises us on tax impacts with big financial decisions. I honestly don’t sense any judgement from her around our spending habits… something I feel less responsible about. She is easy to work with, light hearted, and kind.
