Got a call back within a couple hours of calling about a problem I was having with the IRS spent a half hour on the phone with me giving me the options I had to move forward given the situation. Could tell he was caring and understood what I was going through got answers I could not get from the IRS or advocacy services. Definitely recommend for any issues you are facing with the IRS to start here with this office. Very impressed.
