MJMD tax preparer Carla Cotton. Used a 3rd party website that would deposit taxes into my account, originally I was refunded for 2500. on top of the fee she charged me stating it would be around 300 just for her to do my taxes. i reached out to tpg about a $307 site prep fee after only $1500 was deposited they stated that fee goes to my tax preparer so this is misinformation. On top of my state taxes never being filed after reaching out to state of Michigan and then letting that be known. Upon trying to reach out to Carla Cotton to know figure out my next steps and just clarify questions one of MJMD tax preparers she blocked me. This is unacceptable. I have also tried to call and reach out on social media no one has gotten back To me. I would not recommend this business
