They have been super helpful, even in situations where I had to deal directly with the IRS. I have peace of mind with Accounting Alternatives. They also answer questions when things come up before or after tax time.

I called many times to ask questions about my return and didn’t receive any call back. I called 5 times in 1 day and never could get in touch with an actual person. When I called a voicemail number the women that answered (Tammy) people skills were ridiculous. I have waited for a call back for days. Your voicemail says how important my call is but that is obviously not true or my issues would have been resolved. Once my money was received I am not important. Another hint. When your office takes a vacation put it on your voicemail. Unprofessional!!!!!
