Very rude and unprofessional! (Michelle). DO NOT use this office to prepare your taxes!! - I paid over $200 to have this office prepare my taxes (which took all of 10 minutes to prepare). My tax return was audited. In July the IRS notified me that they did not receive W-2 forms or my signature on the tax return. (Is that not what I paid this office to do??) I called the office and the receptionist said to bring the audit papers in and they would take care of it. When I did, It just happened to be the same tax person that originally prepared my taxes. With a very disrespectful and rude attitude, her response was that I had to provide the IRS with my W-2's and my signature on my own; even though my file was sitting right in front of her with all the info the IRS needed. I told her that's what she is getting paid to do...not me!!! Her whole demeanor was rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional from the start. I landed up walking out of the office with the audit papers in her hand. She, the tax preparer (Michelle) does not belong in this line of work dealing with the public in any manner! Take your taxes elsewhere!!!

Very impressed with Brian. We used this group in the past then decided to find someone closer to home huge mistake. Thank god Brian took us back, he corrected all the issues the other tax preparer created and got us back on track. Very professional and helpful. I have never written a review for anything, but this was warranted.

If I could give this place zero stars i would. Do not go to this place for taxes. They refused to give us a price because we had to call back with my child's ssn so they could complete the forms. The price somehow tripled from the time we went in to the time we got home. Unacceptable customer care. Save yourself the time and money for a place that charges almost 400$ to complete and file 4 tax forms. Our preparer also said "she didn't even charge us for stuff"..but when we asked exactly what she didn't charge us for her response was, "I don't have time to go over all of that with you."

I first used their services back in 2010...ish. We hit some hard times during the housing crisis/ great recession. We had to get about 5 years of returns caught up. Money well spent!!!! We still go back, even after moving 60 miles away from them. Stick with what works!!!!

Extremely unprofessional. Going on 2 1/2 months for very basic services. Huge lack of communication between Staff and receptionist. Brian is never in office, so don't expect to get through to anyone who can help with your issues in a timely manner. I will never file with Meredith tax Service again. It's been nothing but a headache and problems.

Brian Meredith is wonderful. He has been preparing our taxes for several years and always does a great and professional job. You can call him anytime to ask his advice and we have utilized notary services too. Highly recommend

The office and staff are genuinely interested in making sure you get all of your taxes properly and promptly. Their care for each individual taxpayer is above reproach .
